Early bird registration deadline was June 5.

Accommodation is not included in the registration. Please go to the venue/accomodation page for information on lodging on Vlieland. Special arrangments have been made with Hotel Seeduyn.

It is possible to register accompanying persons. These persons are welcome to join all social activities  (i.e., ice breaker, lunches, coffee and tea breaks) provided in the program. They do not join the scientific program.

Please note that making corrections to the registration form later is not possible, so please fill in the form carefully and check your preferences (workshop/social activities) before submitting the form. The workshops have a limited number of places and participation is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Note: There are no places available anymore for bird watching and sleeping on the boat

Abstract submission is not linked to the registration form. Deadline for submission was June 5.

Cancellations Cancellation of registration can only be refunded if the cancellation is made before June 1st, 2010. All refunds up to June 1st, 2010 are 100%, minus €50 administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made after June 1, 2010 cannot be refunded. However, you can substitute someone else to take your place. Please inform the EWDA Secretariat if you wish to make such a change. All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing via Fax 00.31.30.2532333 or via E-mail (ewda@ewda-2010.nl).
