Ferry service from Harlingen to Vlieland
The site of the conference is the island of Vlieland, which lies on the north coast of the Netherlands. It can be reached from the mainland by a regular ferry service (1.5 hours) that runs between Harlingen en Vlieland. There are three ferries per day. The last one leaves Harlingen at 19.00 o'clock. Information about the ferry can be found under rederij Doeksen. Tickets are available at Harlingen harbour, and cost 15-20 euros for a return ticket.
